1. 3-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we curate. If your garment differs from its listed condition or flat measurements, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition received with ThriftedWear tags intact.
  • Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of courier delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Message our WhatsApp concierge (+92 324 6339988) or email thriftedwear.pk@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos.
  2. Our team will confirm return instructions within 12 business hours.
  3. Approved refunds are issued within 48 hours of inspection via Bank Transfer.
